Chicken Curry

This traditional recipe was handed down to me by my Grandmother and brings back so many great memories of her. Not sure she would approve of putting in a pie, but we won't tell her. Juicy chunks of chicken slowly cooked in a mild sauce of onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, garam marsala, turmeric, chili, cilantro, cinnamon, cardamon etc.
